We are ideally looking at Business Development managers with a proven leadership to join our team who can bring in new clients from the inception and develop nurturing relationships with IT leaders, Direct clients, hiring managers, implementation partners (offering IT Solutions to various clients).
Location: Remote, USA.
Responsibilities
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in IT consulting or IT staffing and above 3 years in Sales experience, with proven track record.
- Ability to develop business of $1 Million and above annually.
- Solutions/Staffing selling experience in any of the verticals like (Financial – banking, Investments/Insurance/Retirement, Healthcare, Mfg., Retail & CPG, Telecom, Media, etc.).
- Must have experience working on obtaining staffing requirements across various technologies such as Salesforce.com, Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, SAP, Informatica and other leading technology vendor products with Fortune 1000 companies.
- Obtain staffing requirements from direct clients and/or implementation partners.
- Strong knowledge/experience in the IT Staffing business (Staff Augmentation, SOW, Perm).
- Responsible for driving the full sales cycle, including; lead generation, qualification, requirements collection, bidding, resume submission, negotiation and sales closure.
- Maintain and increase sales for temporary/contract billing/ Offshore Resources.
- Interface with clients to identify needs, present solutions and to obtain job orders.
- Create a Business Development Plan to Generate Sales Growth and Profitability.
- Ability to address and communicate client at all levels – Managers, Directors, and C-Level.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent;
