- 6+ year’s experience in Medicare/Medicaid/Govt Programs working on Member/Enrollment, Claims, Care Management, ICD 9, ICD 10 implementations (preferably state MMIS project)
- Experience in Facets, EDI, Claim center, Payer. etc
- Experience with Analyze health care Billing/Reimbursement process.
- Created 835/837 which comes in ANSI X12 format from trading partners.
- Analyzed user requirements, attended Change Request meetings to document changes and implemented procedures to test changes.
- Analyzed and designed maps for various transactions like 834 (Benefit Enrollment and Maintenance), 835 (Health Care Claim Payment/Advice), 837 (Health Care Claim).
- Expertise in ICD-9 to ICD-10 Conversion, EDI, PBM (RxHome&RxClaim) Processing.

- 8+ year’s experience working with Life insurance, Billing, Sales and Marketing, customer service & Annuities products from start to finish – i.e providing quotes to underwriting, to elicitation of benefits etc.
- Contract terms, insurability and underwriting.
- Term insurance, Life insurance, Group Insurance, Endowments, Accidental death Pensions etc.
- Experience working with CyberLife real time enterprise software solution to support different TD insurance products such as Life, Health etc.
- Understanding of the VPMD integration with Cyberlife to help business with seamless creation of new life products (i.e extension of life products).
- Understanding with various core functions such as Billing, claims processing, underwriting, etc offered by CyberLife ranging from product definition to customer experience to help reduce market reach and improve operational efficiency.
- Experience using Guide wire Insurance suite to support end to end property and casualty insurance lifecycle including underwriting, policy, billing, and claims management.
- Retirement Plan products/services: 401(k), 403(b) plans for non-profit institutions, and 457(b) plans for governmental employers.
- Retirement, Tax preferred savings, IRA, Asset protection products.
- Understanding and experience working with retirement plans that include 401(k), 403(b) plans for nonprofit institutions, and 457(b) plans for governmental employers.
- Documented requirements and enhancements for other products such as substitute (lif insurance) products, Estate planning, Tax preferred savings, Asset protection etc.
- Experience working on web systems having impacts to Retirement Bookkeeping initiatives to support Audit needs.
- Understanding of retirement plans like 403(b) and specific functions such as tracking, eligibility, vesting to employer calculations.
- Retirement industry knowledge as a Plan Administrator role or Client Services role dealing with plan sponsors (i.e plan rules and/or interpretation of plan rules).
